Hi! I'm JADE!
Hello! I’m Jade Eaton, the photographer behind Jade Eaton Photography. Originally from the border of Wales, I took a big leap 10 years ago and moved to Belfast to turn my passion for capturing families into a reality.
Photography has always been close to my heart, but what truly inspires me is getting to know you and your children so I can tell your unique story. This passion was sparked when I discovered the Humans of New York book — the way it captured real, heartfelt stories through portraits really moved me. Since then, I’ve wanted to create beautiful, timeless portraits for families to cherish forever.
What I love most about my work is the connection — not only with your little ones but with you as a family. I’m patient, gentle, and calm, making sure your baby feels safe and comfortable throughout the session. Being based in Belfast, I’m lucky to welcome wonderful families from Crumlin and beyond into my cosy studio.
When I’m not photographing babies and families, my second favourite thing is my dog — who keeps me on my toes and fills my life with joy!

About the studio
At Jade Eaton Photography Studio in Belfast, I’ve created a cosy, welcoming space designed especially for new parents and little ones ready to capture their precious moments. Located just 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre, my studio offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere that makes every photoshoot comfortable and enjoyable.
When you arrive, you’ll find a comfy seating area where you can unwind with a delicious latte while I work behind the camera to capture your little one’s special moments. I understand how important it is to create a calm, soothing environment for both you and your baby, ensuring every smile and yawn is beautifully preserved.
The studio is thoughtfully arranged to meet different needs. For toddlers who want to keep busy, there’s a play area where they can have fun with dad or siblings until it’s their turn to shine in front of the camera. For newborn sessions, a peaceful corner filled with soft blankets and delicate props sets the perfect scene to capture those first fleeting days. The viewing room provides plenty of space for older siblings to relax and for you to envision how your favourite portraits might look as wall art in your home.
I also have a fully stocked prop room with a variety of setups for cake smash celebrations, maternity gowns, and fun accessories to make your baby’s milestones extra special. Using professional lighting and high-resolution cameras, I ensure each image captures the true essence of your growing family. Hygiene and safety are a top priority — all props and surfaces are thoroughly sanitised before and after every session.
